(a) The interested person must send the abstract of the poster (not exceeding 300 words) to
Dr. S. N. Madhusudana (mshampur@hotmail.com) with cc to P.A.L. Harischandra (haris.lionel@gmail.com) & Dr. Omala Wimalaratna (omala@sltnet.lk) by 30 September, 2011.
(b) on receiving the acceptance, he/she must pay the delegate fees before 15 October, 2011 for it to be included in the abstract book and for the presentation.
(c) Size of the poster should be 01 meter in width X 1.2 meters in height.
(d) Screens will be provided. Other items (cello tape, drawing pins, etc.) required to put up posters will have to be brought by the presenter. Two best posters chosen will receive the best poster award.
